KAHIKOLU O WAIANAE SHELTER PROJECT

    Kali Watson served as Project Director for the development of a state of the art Homeless Resource Center on state land which included emergency shelter dormitories, transitional housing units, long-term rentals and a large Weinberg funded comprehensive service center. This $16.5 million debt free project provided a continuum of care to help address the large number of homeless residents on the Waianae Coast.
