The second phase of this development will include 143 units of family housing targeted to households earning 30%-60% of AMI.  Hawaiian Community Development Board is working with  Costal Rim Properties Inc. and Highridge Costa Development Company LLC to develop this portion of the Project. Construction started and scheduled to be finished early 2021.

    The development will include 2,705 sf of ground floor retail, 2,500 sf dedicated to a Community Center, 16,500 sf allotted for a recreation deck, lobby offices, laundry room, and 159 parking stalls.  

    The Honolulu City Council approved the project's 201H entitlement application in January of 2016.  On Sept. 14, 2017 HHFDC approved financing of $63,796,716:  Hula Mae tax exempt bond-backed construction and permanent Loans, 4% Low Income Housing tax credits, and Rental Housing Revolving Fund. This second Phase of a 3 phase concept in the City Center of Kapolei will be close to public transit, shopping, recreation, and civic amenities.​
